Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in all our products and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with our products please notify us immediately so we can try to resolve your problem quickly. All returns must be authorized in writing first. Please contact us before shipping a return. All returns require prior authorization so we can provide return instructions and ensure proper handling. If a return is authorized and merchandise is returned within 30 days, it must be in saleable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply, unless product is found to be defective. Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
